Here are Maggie and Daddy in the lorikeet house. You can buy a little cup of nectar to feed the birds. (I'm alright with the extra charges that you find around the zoo since I know it goes to support the animals in the zoo) After a little while we finally got a group of birds to eat out of the little cup. Maggie held still for most of it so that was really good.
And Maggie's hands-down favorite thing to grab in the gift shop areas are the rubber snakes. Snakes! Not the cuddly stuffed animals, but the snakes. What a weirdo!
