Melissa, re: your shopping transaction at Kroger this week.
Melissa, she could have proved it by taking a calculator out and adding everything up (minus your coupons) and then she could have gone to the cashier's drawer to pull the coupons out to verify. Bad customer service on the part of Kroger. You should let the manager know what happened.
BTW, did you mention to the cashier that she had voided your coupons?
